Envoltermia ha participado en una de las ponencias del Congreso Nacional de Arquitectura Avanzada y Construcción 4.0 REBUILD 2024, celebrado en IFEMA entre los días 19 y 21 de marzo. Nuestro jefe de departamento técnico, Álvaro López, ha sido el encargado de hablar sobre rehabilitación energética 4.0 en una ponencia organizada por la Oficina Comercial de la Embajada de Austria. El proyecto protagonista ha sido el que realizamos en Nieremberg, 8, en Madrid. Envoltermia, empresa especializada en rehabilitación íntegra de edificios y viviendas, ha llevado a cabo una hibridación de la sala actual con calderas de gas con una instalación de aerotermia.
Álvaro López ha explicado los detalles del funcionamiento de esta innovadora instalación. «Tanto la demanda de calefacción como la de ACS se cubrirán con la instalación de aerotermia, dejando como apoyo a sus calderas, de tal forma que salvo condiciones extremas de temperaturas exteriores, no será necesario arrancar las calderas de gas», ha afirmado.
La instalación consta de tres bombas de calor con un total de 224,25 kW para demanda única de calefacción y tres bombas de calor con un total de 82,20 kW para ACS y calefacción. Para reducir el consumo eléctrico de la instalación de aerotermia, esta se ha apoyado por una instalación solar fotovoltaica de 62kW con la que se cubre el 32% de la demanda eléctrica de la instalación aerotérmica.
